Follow your delivery

1. Open your Jewelry Hnova order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.
2. Select View your order to open your personal order-status page. Complete verification if prompted.
3. Once your order has shipped, select the tracking number or tracking link to see the latest shipment updates.

Your tracking link

Your shipment may use CJPacket, 17TRACK, USPS, or another delivery service. Use the link provided in your shipping email or order-status page, rather than choosing a carrier yourself. If the link opens a tracking search page, copy and enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation.

For international deliveries, tracking may continue with a local delivery partner. Follow the latest link and instructions shown for your shipment.
